The Essential Path, LLC is a business strategy, teambuilding and productivity coaching practice that supports the essential elements of each client and within the coaching alliance, a path is identified and taken that moves a client toward higher insight, balance and achievement.
Susan Maravetz, founder and President of The Essential Path, LLC, brings to her coaching and consulting practice eighteen years of experience in technical sales, marketing and business development. While employed in the consulting and technology industry, Susan developed and managed direct client relationships and accounts for large and small organizations. Certified as a life coach by Coach Training Alliance (CTA) in March of 2003, Susan is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the North Carolina Association of Personal and Business Coaches (NCAPBC). Susan is a Board Member of ChixinBusiness, www.chixinbusiness.org and very active in local networking events.
Since beginning The Essential Path in October 2002; Susan has worked with small business owners, creatives and entreprenuers, corporate teams and business leaders to establish business and personal goals, identify key life and work strategies and create an environment of continuous development, growth and progress.
