Individual Wellness Coaching

What is holding you back from feeling whole and complete, healthy and strong?  What dreams have you put on hold?  What will put you back on track?  Individual coaching is the quickest, most effective way to launch a new fitness plan, lose weight, transition through a life milestone (marraige, divorce, babies, menopause, disease, retirement are a few) to create balance in your life - whatever you are ready to achieve.


What is Wellness Coaching?
  Growth, ideas, accountabilities, plans, achievemnt, passion, failure, tears, joy, learning, insight, experience, celebration, frustration, inspiration, challenge.  Working with your coach you will meet in person or over the phone on a regular basis. You set your agenda for the session and discuss your options, plans and blocks. You leave the session with new ideas, perhaps some homework or action items to proceed and accountability for your coach.


You  will be asked to provide at least a two month commitment, but longer commitments are encouraged.  The more time a client invests in this process, the more successful it is.  All sessions are prepaid at the beginning of the upcoming month, payable by check or credit card.


Your coach is always available by e-mail; you can expect a response within 24 hours.
