Mind/Body Connection

The mind/body/soul connection cannot be ignored in any discussion that involves goal setting, achievement and balance. 

From Susan:

An integral component of my personal approach to wellness has included Pilates, Gyrotonic® and Yoga, as well as maintaining a mindful and purposeful diet and regular cardiovascular exercise.  These hard earned lessons of balance and moderation have served me well in maintaining good health and mental clarity.


In addition to my life work as coach and vision guide, I am a PMA CPT (Pilates), RYT-200 (Yoga) and Certified Gyrotonic® Instructor.
